YSMTC Parylene HT(AF4)

has the lowest friction coefficient and low dielectric constant, with the highest penetrating ability of the four parylene variants. Then, Parylene AF4 is extremely useful in high temperature applications and those in which long-term UV stability is required. Besides, Parylene AF4 film is deposited in substrate by free radical polymer process, with no cure-related stress that can occur with liquid polymers.
